Hype Fitness are delighted to announce that we will be partnering with Connie Byrne Yoga.
Connie will be offering Yoga in Hype Fitness on Wednesday evenings at 18:30 - 19:45. Connie's yoga practice allows traditional yoga practice to merge with sensuous movement to create space in the body and mind.
Connie's yoga class invites all levels of mobility - even beginners - where she safely travels through a yoga sequence to suit all bodies.
